This is my blog that I plan to continually update with my current adventure. I will be adding my thoughts, photos, and videos as often as possible.

I am very excited to begin the biggest adventure of my life! I have dubbed this upcoming journey, Quest West! On June 1st of 2009 I will leave the shores of Lake Michigan on my bicycle and head for the mighty Redwoods of Northern California. I will be riding solo and camping most of the way. I expect the 3 month journey to cover over 3,000 miles in 8 States.
